The refunded amount will be credited to your City Surf Wallet, which can be used for future transactions on citysurf.in and its mobile applications.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.

4. City Surf Wallet:

The refunded amount will be credited to your City Surf Wallet and can be utilized for future transactions on citysurf.in and its apps.

City Surf Wallet credits are non-transferable and can only be used within the City Surf Pro ecosystem.

5. Non-Cancelable Orders:

Once an order is placed, it is generally not cancellable or transferrable.
